The top secrets of a supercentenarian, aged 110, living independently, divulges the key to his enduring and dynamic longevity.

Here are the top secrets shared by a supercentenarian on his healthy lifestyle.

According to the Centenarian Study at Boston University, only 15% of centenarians are male. Data shows men reaching 100 is very rare.

According to the data of the supercentenarians club, only 10% are men.  Even though the reasons are not very clear this is the prevailing situation.

Vincent Dransfield is living in good health both mentally and physically. This long-living man was born on March 28, 1914.

Erica Lista, his granddaughter has mentioned that he never suffered from backaches or headaches. 

He also claimed that he had never witnessed serious illnesses such as cancer or heart strokes.

Vincent has said that he was very lucky and lucky to live longer during an interview with TODAY.

Vincent is a proud grandfather with three grandchildren and more than six supergrandchildren.

But unfortunately, his wife left him in 1992 white she was 52 years old.

After that Vicent has been living alone since 1945 in Little Falls NJ. From that day onwards he was driving to coffee and lunch daily as well.

He is lucky enough as his grandchildren supply groceries to him weekly while he is managing other work on his own.

He is capable of conducting them well even when he is having some minor issues like aching.

He walks confidently across his house from upstairs to downstairs and even basement for his laundry.

When we were asked about his living life at 110, he said that he is still capable of managing everything.

But his children, Erica, and her brother are keeping an eye on him every day.

But remarking a milestone, Vincet passed away at 110. Erica and all are supremes about that.

Erica says even she is having more serious illnesses at 49 than her grandfather who was at 110.

After the death, doctors completed a full endoscopy and found that he was only suffering from Anthesia as Erica mentioned.

Family, friends, and firefighters have joined at the firehouse to celebrate his recent birthday where he worked at the time.

Erica noticed the supercentenarian’s excitement and happiness while celebrating the birthday with a lot of his close ones together.

Do what you love most

Vincent has worked to fire deprtmnet for more that 80 years as a chief.

He was a famous person at department because of his friends making nature.

He remained as  aactive member even though he was aging. He attended to 3 to 5 club of firehouse to enjoy with his friends specaillay after the funeral of his wife.

Consume diary milk

Vincent has worked in a dairy farm at 15 leaving his schooling at age of 8 to support his family.

He said this period has helped him to survive well because he got chance to drink milk and eat well even during the time of Great Depression.

He thinks that drinking milk helped him for his longliving life and recomemmends to drink milk after each breakfast.

Eat your favorite food

Vincent was a fan of Italian food, hamburgers, milk chocolate, sweets, and salads as well.

He was never weighing his weight, but he was fit even with his fancy diet.

He was still cooking for himself even at 110. He managed his meals by reheating soups and microwaving meals as well. He visits nearby restaurants to get his meals as well.

He was never attending a gym to lift weights but he stayed fit.

What helped him was joining the fire department at 21. He had to go in mid-night for fire alarms for 40 years.

He was not interested in professional exercise rather he was interested in working firehouse routine.

Refrain from bad habits

He had never smoked until he turned the age of 50. But at 50, he was influenced by one of his friends to smoke.  But 20 years later, he has thrown away his cigarettes and stopped the habit for a whole lifetime.

Vincent was an optimist with a great sense of humor. He trusted that having a lot of friends and good social connections helped him to live longer.

He said that he was used to looking at the brighter side of every aspect even if the condition was bad. He managed this even after his wife’s funeral.

I am still well, he concluded that at last.
